WE'RE CHANGING THE WAY WOMEN ARE LABELLED...
JOIN THE EVOLUTION
ABOUT OUR SIZES
Women have been wearing labels for centuries, some of which have made us insecure. Women have evolved, but our "labels" haven't
- at least not the ones we wear in our clothes, and a lot of us stake our value on numbers that are often so fickle...
...but YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER... You're BEAUTIFUL!
The "Evolve Size Guide" was curated and carefully developed by our creative director - Keisha Allen - who has dressed women of all shapes and sizes for over a decade, based on similarities that were found in modern women's bodies. But instead of attributing women's dimensions and proportions to a number or letter, each was given a name.
I am "STUNNING"! What are you?
BUST
Measure around chest over the highest point of the bust
(Please note that your bra size is not the same as you bust measurement.)
WAIST
Measure around natural waistline, below the lowest rib at your side.
HIP
Measure hip circumference around the highest point of the buttox.
Measuring Tips
**Always ensure you are wearing similar or the same undergarments (eg. Bra or Shapewear) you intend on wearing with your dress.
**Always take body measurements in body-con garments like tights or underwear.
Please note:
-
Our size chart reflects your body measurements, not the dress measurements.
-
The bust measurement for strapless dresses will usually match the bust measurement our size guide.
-
Extra length is recommended for anyone taller than 5'7".
***It is normal for most people to require minor alterations to achieve the perfect fit.
If you are uncertain of the size to order please contact us. Our team is more than happy to guide you through the process.
-
Some of our dresses may include 1 - 2 inches of ease built into the pattern to allow for movement.
-
Please ensure your measurements are taken by a professional - that is, an experienced seamstress or tailor. The tape measure should be pulled snugly against your body to ensure the most accurate measurements.
Tip:
Choose your size based on your largest circumference measurement, then alter the dress to fit your smaller proportions.
