Please understand that based on the nature of standardized sizing for our non-custom lines like 2Become1 Bridal and ClayFormal additional alterations may be
required after you've received your dress to achieve your desired fit. Please note that if all your required measurements do not coincide with the measurements on our size guide (which is quite common) the best thing to do is to order the size that matches your largest body measurement (eg. your bust) then alter
the dress to fit your smaller proportions.
Be sure to use a knowledgable or seasoned professional local seamstress or tailor that has a proven track record of working with wedding dresses and delivering the best quality alterations to avoid mishaps with your wedding dress after you've received it.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by timely updates on the progress of your dress.
A dispatch notification email will be sent once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number for you're delivery.
All orders are insured whilst being shipped and will require a signature upon delivery. Once the package is signed for, the item becomes your responsibility.
Based on our unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability, all Clay dresses are made to order and 2B1 Bridal dresses will, therefore, take six to twelve weeks (6-12 weeks) to complete before your order is shipped. It may take less time depending on the dress style details and order quantity.
If you have an urgent wedding date you may contact us about the possibility of a rush order. However, House of Clay reserves the right to decline any order outside the required timeline and rush orders will attract an additional cost of US$200.

Local shipping is done via Zip Mail at a flat rate of $10 and takes around 3 working days. FREE SHIPPING applies to any purchase over $1000.

International Shipping is done via DHL Fast Track and takes around 3-7 working days. FREE SHIPPING applies to any purchase over $1000.
PLEASE NOTE that additional custom/duty fees may be applied to your shipment when it reaches your country and that you as the buyer are fully responsible for these fees.
International orders may have additional customs/taxes/duties added which varies by nation. We cannot control these rates and should be budgeted for separately.
Returns & Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on our wedding dresses, bridal separates or accessories as they are made to order. We take special care in ensuring that all our dresses and accessories are made with the highest standards of quality and we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped or delivered to you. However, if by some chance your garment is damaged in transit you may return it to be exchanged or remedied and we will cover shipping expenses. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order if there is a problem or

• The item being returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged by the wearer and with the original tags attached or it will not be accepted.
