Customers may cancel their pre-order within 7 days of the order date for a full refund. Between days 8 and 14, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. After day 14, pre-orders are non-refundable.

International delivery may take five to seven (5-7) post days. Please ensure you have allowed adequate time before the actual date of your wedding to avoid late delivery mishaps. House of Clay has no control over the delivery time by the shipping company.

All international orders are shipped via DHL.

Local orders can opt for delivery at a cost, or pick-up in store for free.

When your order has been shipped, a notification will be sent to your email which will include your tracking number with which you may track your order online.
