Cancellation Policy

 

Customers may cancel their pre-order within 24 hours of the order for a full refund. Within 3 days , a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Thereafter, veil orders are non-refundable.

International delivery may take five to seven (5-7) post days. Please ensure you have allowed adequate time before the actual date of your wedding to avoid late delivery mishaps. House of Clay has no control over the delivery time by the shipping company.

 

All international orders are shipped via DHL.

Local orders can opt for delivery at a cost, or pick-up in store for free.

 

When your order has been shipped, a notification will be sent to your email which will include your tracking number with which you may track your order online.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's a problem with your order – like a damaged item or a sizing issue – we'll make it right. Simply contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery, and we'll take care of it.
