Bridal Robe

At House of Clay we know that buying a dress for your special occasion is a very important undertaking and things may change beyond your control. Therefore, we accept the cancellation requests from our customers under these conditions. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders canceled within 1 day of payment confirmed will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Orders canceled 2 days after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.

3. Orders canceled 3 days after payment is confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

4. After 3 days of confirmed payment, your order can NOT be cancelled any more. We can only refund the full shipping cost, as the production of your dress would have already been fully underway and all our dresses are cut and made to order.

International delivery may take five to seven (5-7) post days. Please ensure you have allowed adequate time before the actual date of you wedding to avoid late delivery mishaps. House of Clay has no control over the delivery time by the shipping company.

When your order has been shipped, a notification will be sent to your e-mail which will include your tracking number with which you may track your order online.

Based on our unwavering commitment to quality, All Clay dresses are made to order and 2B1 COV-ered Bridal dresses will therefore take three to six weeks (3-6 weeks) to complete before your order is shipped. It may take less time depending on the dress style details and order quantity.

If you have an urgent wedding date you may contact us about the possibility of a rush order. However, House of Clay reserves the right to decline any order outside the required timeline and rush orders will attract an additional cost of US$50.

Shipping:

Local shipping is done via Zip Mail at a flat rate of $10 and takes around 3 working days. FREE SHIPPING applies to any purchase over $1000.

If you're in Jamaica, you also have the option of pick-up at our Bridal Show Room. (Location)

International Shipping is done via DHL Fast Track between $15 & $30, depending on the product you order, and takes around 5-7 working days. FREE SHIPPING applies to any purchase over $1000.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on our wedding dresses, bridal separates or accessories as they are made to order. We take special care in ensuring that all our dresses and accessories are made with the highest standards of quality and we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped or delivered to you. However, if by some chance your garment is damaged in transit you may return it to be exchanged or remedied. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order if there is a problem or damage. Conditions:
• The item being returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged by the wearer and with the original tags attached or it will not be accepted.
• Our team at House of Clay reserves the right to refuse any return received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.
• We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost in transit, please keep the receipt with tracking information
